I find myself starting to ponder:
WHO could have created all of this?
WHAT would drive them to do so?
WHEN was it all done?
WHERE are they now?
WHY did they make it like this?
HOW can I even know they exist?

Do these questions even matter?
Probably not.

Do I even care about the answers?
ABSOLUTELY not.

Then why am I asking?
If I thought that you knew, I'd ask.

          Still—
          I think there's something in your eyes,
          Your scattered-blue
          Shattered-blue eyes,
          That makes me think
          The answer's in you

          You are my who-what-when-where-why.

          But how?
          How are you my wild blue?
          You compose an infinite yonder
          Between each breath
          And every kiss

          But it doesn't seem to matter
          And I don't seem to care
          So long as you're my answer--

That's all I'll ever need.

For you are my infinite love--
As vast as the clear blue sky--
Whose passion and care only make,
My feelings multiply.

I adore you more,
Than the pointless questions,
So many seek to answer,
For I am more devoted to you,
Than life's endless mysteries.

My only vice,
Is that I'm consumed,
By Avarice;
I want to marvel at those brilliant sapphires,
Eternally,
And never let another person see them.

You are my wild blue yonder,
Without which my world,
Would lack beauty and adventure.

          But as much as I want to
          I know
          I can't keep you to myself
          Anymore than I can avoid
          Sharing the sky
          With the rest of the those
          Who walk beneath it

          My only consolation
          Is that I walk beneath it
          With you
          Side by side
          Your hand in mind

          And the sun on our shoulders

          Sometimes I wonder
          If my hand is a cage
          Trapping you
          Pinioning your wings
          Keeping my wild blue
          Tethered to the earth

          But I know
          I couldn't bear to lose you
          To that unknown yonder

          So stay with me,

          And try not to lose yourself
          In the wild blue yonder
          The way I lose myself
          Every time I look

. I'm thinking he got tired of waiting for me to get my butt in gear and post a fourth stanza, so this is what we've got.

I'm hoping to add that fourth stanza by the end of next week or somethin'. Then I'll be gloriously free of school for a good four days, so I'll have time to be creative.
